House-made specialities from South Tyrol
In the morning a rich breakfast buffet with fresh bread, different Müslis(Cereals) , sausage and cheese, juices and milk products expects you. Let it taste! A good balanced breakfast gives power and energy for all day long – which is particularly important for our sporty guests.
On the breakfast-table you find our morning mail with the menu, wine recommendation, moving suggestions, weather forecast, meetings, market calendar, prescriptions, reports from the traffic reporting centre etc.
In the evening our kitchen crew will spoil you with a varied menu with 4 courses. You can select between a main dish with meat and a vegetarian dish. The Chef Kurt is well-known for his light and varied dishes, which is cointed/ shaped by South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine.
Further specialities in the Steineggerhof cuisine are full grain dishes and delicious desserts. The Chef value particular importance to fresh and native products. Herbs are pulled in the own garden.
