Welcome to the hotel Steineggerhof

Our hotel is situated between Bolzano and the Dolomites. The small village Collepietra is admitted not world well-known.

That has naturally also advantages: no passage traffic, very calm situation and clean air; far away from noisy communication routes. Nevertheless, by car, it takes a short time to reach Bolzano and surroundings.
South Tyrol is a paradise for hikers; there are more than 100 km of hiker-pathways in our municipality.
From our hotel you can explore by motorcycle South Tyrol, Trentino and Dolomites.
Also by mountain bike you have sufficient possibilities to out-rave yourself here in South Tyrol.



It distances only one kilometre from the small village Collepietra/Steinegg (900m). The hotel is calm situated on the edge of a forest and you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view: Sciliar (Schlern) and Catinaccio (Rosengarten).

Our hotel was opened in 1971 like a small guesthouse and it was converted and modernized in the following years several times.

In the whole house was processed very much wood.

On account of the new Italian smoker law, the entire hotel area became a non-smoker zone.
